Healthy Iced Cappuccino Recipes

During the summer months I do not always want to be drinking a hot cappuccino, especially when the outside temperature is approaching 30 degrees Celsius. That is when I usually choose an iced coffee drink, and that is usually an iced cappuccino. Like the other specialty drinks, iced coffee is often very high in calories due to added sugars and creams. There are alternatives though. There are many recipes available for making your own iced coffee drinks that are low in fat.
Home made Cappuccino shake.
1. 12 oz of fat-free cappuccino yogurt
1 cup fat-free milk
2 cups low-fat mocha or coffee ice cream
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a chilled tall glass.
Top with shredded chocolate or cinnamon, depending on taste.
